DELIVERY POLICY

All Pundro products are currently delivered within Dhaka Metropoliton City only. Therefore, have a huge variety of using third party professional and standard currier services working in Dhaka. Moreover, we have a dedicated delivery team to knock on your door steps. We would preferably like to bring our products by our own. But in case of variety, reach and efficiency we may use third party currier service to make sure that the consignment is reached exactly at your expected schedule. That is what we guarantee. But we always expect and declare in website 3 to 5 days preparation time after you place a successful order. Therefore, to guarantee a perfectly scheduled delivery, you place your order well before your expected time and date. If you would like to ship to different addresses you could consider placing separate orders and making payments for them separately. In case of special occasion and emergency to surprise your beloved one, you please let us know, we will try our best to meet the customized schedule. In that case, an additional, of course smaller charge, may apply.
